Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
1 Returns are accepted within 48 hrs of delivery.

2. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

• • Sale/discounted items are not eligible for returns unless defective.

• • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered.

 Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

• • Refunds are issued only for defective items, incorrect orders, or out-of-stock products.( If we take advance payment)

• • Items must be returned and inspected before a refund is processed.

Non-Refundable Cases:

• • Change of mind.

• • Items not returned in their original condition.

Refund Process:

• • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.

• • The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds:

• • If the returned item shows signs of wear or damage, a partial refund may be issued.
